I would like to know, and intend to find out, how this happened:

Decision - Pride Campaigning Complaint

Despite some inaccuracy in the second hand evidence presented by the complainant, we find on balance that ticket Pride did breach the Electoral Tribunal ruling of 7th September 2003. The seriousness of a breach of an Electoral Tribunal's ruling obliges GTS to remedy the breach by excluding ticket Pride from the 2003 Melbourne University Student Union Annual Elections as per 308.2.4 of the Electoral Regulations. Tuesday 23rd September 2003, 12.30pm
